Behavioral Health Consultant

Full time Behavioral Health Consultant. Must have (2) years experience in mental health services including supervisory capacity. Direct-related experience may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis. Must have a Master's Degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field. 

MINIMUM QUALTIFICATIONS: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or a Clinical Psychologist (Ph.D.), state of CA. Bilingual strongly preferred.

Mid-Level Provider

Livingston Medical Group has openings for a full time PA/FNP. Candidate must hold a current State of CA license to practice medicine, graduation certificate from PA/FNP program, current CPR, ACLS, and PALS and have an interest in practicing in a community health center setting.   Must be able to  relate well to patients  from a variety of ethnic, economic, cultural, and educational backgrounds as well as with all staff.
