About Us
Livingston Medical Group (LMG) is one of California’s
first-ever non-profit community health centers. Founded
in 1970, LMG continues to proudly provide health care
services to residents of Livingston and the surrounding
areas. When the organization began, LMG was staffed
by physician-supervised medical students from Stanford
University. Today, however we have a team of fully
certified medical providers and health care professionals
committed to the provision of quality, culturally
appropriate health care services.
Working in collaboration and partnership with the
community, LMG mobilizes combined energies and experience
to better serve our patients and support initiatives
that address health and access problems. The service
delivery strategy includes: a multicultural workforce,
expanded after-work, evening and weekend hours, health
education, community outreach, assistance with program
eligibility and advocacy to access available resources.
In November of 2011 Livingston Medical Group opened a new location in Hilmar. In order to better serve Hilmar and its surrounding communities, we have expanded Hilmar Community Health Center's hours to Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Please call 209-262-1816 to make an appointment today.
